Overview
Our Redevelopment Agency was dissolved on Feb. 1, 2012, in accordance with California State law. The former Redevelopment Agency had a geographically defined Project Area. A portion of the property taxes from the properties within the project area went to support the activities of the Redevelopment Agency, including capital projects, economic development and affordable housing. We formed a Successor Agency to handle the unfinished business of the former Redevelopment Agency.
Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules
The following Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) were adopted by the Successor Agency and approved by the Oversight Board. We received approval of our Last and Final ROPS from the State Department of Finance. To view the ROPS, please click on the following links.
Due Diligence Review (DDR) of the Former Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund (LMIHF)
The following DDR of the LMIHF was prepared by a licensed accountant on behalf of our Successor Agency. It was reviewed and approved by the Oversight Board with a requested change as noted in Resolution 08-004.
