Refund Request Form

If you would like to request a refund for an activity that you are registered for, please fill out the form below. Please note this is a request only and our Refund Policy is listed below. Staff typically respond within 24-48 business hours of submissions with the exception of weekends and federal holidays. Our Parks and Recreation Office is open Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
