Transfer Request Form

If you would like to request a transfer for an activity you have registered for, please submit one form per activity and note this is a request only. Staff will typically respond within 24-48 business hours of submissions with the exception of weekends and federal holidays. Our Parks and Recreation Office is open Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
