Position Qualifications:The City of San Carlos is now seeking a Human Resources Manager. A professional with a history of strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of the field, and the ability to work well in a team environment is sought. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible, and willing to work at all levels as this is a hands-on role. The typical candidate will possess the equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business or Public Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field and four years of professional human resources experience in a generalist capacity. At least three years of this experience must have been at the administrative, supervisory, or management level, with a demonstrated record of success preferably in a governmental or public agency setting.
Compensation: $119,904 to $145,728, depending on qualifications.
