Vacancy on the Transportation and Circulation Commission -1 Seat
The Transportation and Circulation Commission has one (1) vacant seat due to the resignation of a commissioner.
If you are a resident of the City of San Carlos and are interested in serving on this committee, applications are being accepted at this time.
Meeting Role and Schedule
The Transportation and Circulation Commission recommends to the City Council and/or Public Works Director ways and means for improving traffic conditions and the administration and enforcement of traffic regulations. The Commission also receives and evaluates complaints having to do with traffic, transportation, bicycle and pedestrian matters within the City of San Carlos.
The Transportation & Circulation Commission meets every third Tuesday of the month and holds its regular meetings at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Please download and complete the application form and supplemental questionnaire below. If you would like to have it mailed to you, call the City Clerk’s Office at (650) 802-4222. Applications are also available for pick-up at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall - 600 Elm Street, Second Floor.

Application Deadline and Important Dates
The deadline for the receipt of applications in the City Clerk’s Office is Friday, February 2nd at 4:00 p.m.
All applicants are advised to save the below tentative dates on their calendars. Applicants who are unable to attend the interview with the Council will be dropped from consideration.
• Meeting with Staff – Thursday, February 8th at 4:00 p.m.
• Interviews with City Council – Tuesday, February 13th early evening
