Plan Review Information

• Three sets of plans (wet-stamped and signed) are required, along with three sets of cut sheets and calculations
• Plans shall be submitted and picked up at the Building Department during the counter hours of 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m.
• There is no over-the-counter review
• Payment is required when plans are picked up
• 48 hour advanced notice is required for scheduling appointments.  To schedule an appointment call the Fire Department at (650) 780-7400
• Construction inspections will only be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Average turnaround time is 10 business days
