Institute of Reading Development

For an enjoyable activity with lifelong benefits, we recommend one of our eight different reading skills programs taught by instructors from the Institute of Reading Development. Programs have been offered as a community service by the San Carlos Parks and Recreation Department since 1987.

Reading programs will be held Central Middle School, 828 Chestnut Street, San Carlos.
