| |  DepartmentsYouth Advisory Council - Scholarship Program (Application Form) This award is given annually to deserving high school Juniors and or Seniors.The Youth Advisory Council is proud to host this scholarship program to acknowledge those young people who are committed to community and school service and who seek positive solutions to critical problems and issues today’s young people face.This scholarship is based on service and not on need or academic achievement, although we require a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
