The goal of Parks Maintenance is to provide safe, attractive, and well maintained parks, trails and open space utilizing a combination of in-house staff and contract services. The goal of Facility Maintenance is to ensure that all City buildings are safe, functional and clean by performing regular maintenance, cleaning and inspections with utilizing a combination of in-house staff and contract services. The City maintains nine municipal buildings, including City Hall, the Youth Center, the Kiwanis Building, the Adult Community Center, the Corporation Yard, the Laureola Park Building, the San Carlos Library, and Fire Stations 13 and 16.
