East Side Economic Development Sites Book - Now Available
5/15/2008The new East Side Economic Development Sites Book presents 7 sites identified by the City of San Carlos Community Development Department as providing key locations for redevelopment. One of these sites has been identified by the City for a landmark hotel development.

Among other criteria used in selecting these sites, primary consideration was given to visibility from and proximity to Highway 101 and other existing retail clusters. Information provided in this report includes site area, property owners, zoning and general plan designation, a description of the site and an evaluation of the opportunity and challenges for potential redevelopment.

1/17/2008New to the San Carlos Restaurant Guide this month are links to the web sites for Rumi, Nino’s Ristorante & Pizzaria and Coyote’s Mexican Cantina. 

La Tosca now offers the ability to reserve tables via Open Table.Com.  And both Piacere Ristorante and Santorini’s offer video tours of their restaurants for desktop computer and iPhone users.
