San Carlos Economic Development Strategy Report - April 2005

In January 2004, the San Carlos Redevelopment Agency Board charged the City’s Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) with creating an economic development strategy that would address the many of the questions that were raised.
By engaging in this process,EDAC would develop goals and strategies to assist the City Council in guiding the City’s economic future. The process concluded in November 2004.

Below is a report that includes the findings and recommendations of EDAC which will be presented to the City Council for adoption.
