The Addendum to the San Carlos General Plan ( as of October 2005)
Please note the updates to the Housing Element and Circulation Element are included herewith.
This Specific Plan amendment contains all of the text and map revisions necessary to adopt the revised land use designations.
The amendment to the Circulation and Scenic Highways Element is consistent with the City's General Plan because it requires adequate infrastructure for growth and creates internal consistency with the Land Use Element.
