| |  General Plan Advisory CommitteeThe General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) is an appointed committee of City residents and property owners who will provide input and direction on the preparation of the General Plan Update. All the General Plan Advisory Committee meetings will be open to the public and input is welcome as this is intended to be a community process every step of the way.

Meetings: All GPAC meetings will be held the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:45 p.m.in the San Carlos Library, Conference Rooms A & B, Second Floor unless otherwise stated. Please note that the General Plan Advisory Committee has concluded their regularly scheduled meetings, the Planning Commission and City Council will review the Draft General Plan and Environmental Impact Report.
