General Plan Advisory Committee

The General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) is an appointed committee of City residents and property owners who will provide input and direction on the preparation of the General Plan Update. Click here to view the charge of the GPAC that was approved by the City Council on July 27, 2007.

  2. Meetings: The next GPAC meeting is scheduled for November 19, 2008 at 6:45 p.m. in the San Carlos Library, Conference Rooms A & B, Second Floor. All GPAC meetings will be held the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:45 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
