The General Plan Existing Conditions Briefing Book is a new publication that is now available on the City Web Site. It provides extensive information on the history of the City and how it has evolved. As we begin work on the General Plan: Envision 2030 process, you will want to look at and review this book. It is to be used as a reference guide during the San Carlos 2030 General Plan Update.

The General Plan Existing Conditions Briefing Book is being made available in electronic form below. You will need to download and install a copy of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer or phone to view and print the document.
