The San Carlos City Council adopted the city's new Customer Service Policy on November 14, 2006. This policy represents the City Council’s desire to enhance the City’s customer service levels. In the near future the City will be offering customer service training for all employees. There is also a Capital Project underway to develop and implement a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to help all Departments track, monitor, follow-up with customer interactions.
