The housing program is designed to create new housing opportunities in San Carlos. This includes workforce housing for people who work in San Carlos and transitional housing for those who are working or going to school and who would otherwise have trouble finding suitable housing.
These programs are funded by the San Carlos Redevelopment Agency as well as housing grant funds from county, state and federal agencies and donations from private foundations and non-profit housing organizations.
