The City of San Carlos, through its Redevelopment Agency, offers a matching grant to correct hazardous structural, health and safety deficiencies. Grants are available to any low income homeowner within the City of San Carlos. Grants are for a flat amount of $500 or a dollar-for-dollar matching grant up to $2,500.
