In our efforts to keep the City of San Carlos Web Site helpful and even more easy to use, we add new features from time to time.
On Thursday, October 7, 2004 we began posting City documents in a new format called Flash Paper. This format allows people with the Free Macromedia Flash Viewer installed in their browsers to view City documents even faster than before.
Using Flash Paper
