Athletic Fields Update - January 23, 2007A Request for Proposals (RFP) for design and preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates for installation of a natural grass or an all weather synthetic turf athletic field at Heather School was issued January 22, 2007. Proposals are due by Friday, March 9, 2007. The proposals will then be reviewed and a firm selected. City Council will then determine whether to pursue a natural grass or an all weather synthetic turf athletic field.
