Evaluation of Athletics Fields Update - Status Report
Since receipt of the Mahady Report, the Parks and Recreation Department has held a series of committee and public meetings to address this option. The staff has proposed that the Parks & Recreation Commission, the City Council and the San Carlos Elementary School District consider the installation of Synthetic Turf at athletic fields at Heather School and Highlands Park.
