About RecConnect...

What is RecConnect?
RecConnect is an internet registration service that is available 24 hours a day. You can view courses offered by San Carlos Parks & Recreation, register for courses, make a payment, and view your current registrations. You can also view your family account history.

What do I need for RecConnect?
You will need your Family Personal Identification number (PIN), your Client Barcode and either a VISA or MasterCard credit card. Please call the Recreation Office, 802-4382, or e-mail recconnect@cityofsancarlos.org, to receive your PIN and barcode number.

How do I register? RecConnect is easy to use.
1. Sign In - Click on the My Account link and sign up using your Family PIN and Client Barcode.
2. Browse or Search for courses on the Activities page and when you find the desired course, click on the Add button to put it into your basket.
3. Proceed to the Checkout page to make your payment.

NOTE: All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. This includes all debts owed on your account.

Registration
Courses are available for viewing by clicking on the Activities Page. You will find the course description, times, dates and cost. Logging into My Account using your Family PIN and Client Barcode will allow you to view your current registrations, and where available, register for new courses!
