Biography
Mark served as a trustee on the San Carlos School Board for 10 years.  He is a retired financial executive who worked in the oil and gas, high tech and biotech industries.  Mark has a Bachelor’s in Cell and Molecular Biology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He and his wife Barbara McHugh have been active in the local educational community since moving to San Carlos in 1997. Their son is attending college at Western Washington University and their daughter is a senior at Carlmont High School.
