This program is currently suspended due to the current status of State legislation which prevents use of Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds by the San Carlos Redevelopment Agency.
There are a number of local, regional, and State programs available for homebuyers. The City of San Carlos has its own First Time Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Loan Program (DAL).
