Laureola Oaks - A sixteen-unit rental townhouse complex accommodates families earning very low and lower-incomes. This development consists of four one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom units. Persons who live and/or work in San Carlos are given a priority to rent the units. San Carlos Elms Senior Care Facility - This 85-unit senior assisted care facility is located near downtown San Carlos and adjacent to City Hall, Library, and close to the Senior Center. Seventeen of the units are permanently set-aside for very-low income occupants. The Facility consists of 35 studios, 40 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units.
