Cherry Street Apartments - This six-unit apartment building near downtown San Carlos includes five two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit. Units are available to very-low and lower income level households.

Laureola Oaks - A sixteen-unit rental townhouse complex accommodates families earning very low and lower-incomes. This development consists of four one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom units. Persons who live and/or work in San Carlos are given a priority to rent the units.

Laurel Theater Apartments- This 42-unit mixed-use development consists of 16 studios, 14 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. Four units are available to very low-income person households.

Pacific Hacienda - This 89-unit mixed-use development consists of office, retail and housing units. Thirteen units were available for purchase to low and moderate-income person households.

San Carlos Elms Senior Care Facility - This 85-unit senior assisted care facility is located near downtown San Carlos and adjacent to City Hall, Library, and close to the Senior Center. Seventeen of the units are permanently set-aside for very-low income occupants. The Facility consists of 35 studios, 40 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. Rent includes all meals in a common dining room.
