This program is currently suspended due to the current status of State legislation which prevents use of Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds by the San Carlos Redevelopment Agency.

The DAL program provides assistance to moderate-income first-time homebuyers to purchase homes in the City of San Carlos. Applicants must live and/or work in San Carlos for at least one year prior to submitting the loan application. Administered by the San Mateo County Housing & Community Development.
