The City is no longer able to provide down payment loans after the State dissolved the Redevelopment Agency on February 1, 2012.

However, there are a number of local, regional, and State programs available to assist homebuyers. The City is a participating member of The Housing Endowment and Regional Trust of San Mateo County (HEART), which also has a downpayment assistance program.
