Background On August 28, 2009, the California High Speed Rail Authority and CalTrain sent a letter to each of the 22 cities along the CalTrain Corridor within San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, inviting them to appoint an elected official to the Policymaker Working Group (PWG). The first meeting of the PWG is scheduled for October 15, 2009.

The initial meeting will be held in the evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
