The balance of the Public Comment speakers will be called upon during the Public Comment agenda item at the end of the Council Meeting.

Consent i. Resolution accepting the General Services Buildings Photovoltaic project and authorizing the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion.

Consent j. Resolution approving a revised agreement with ABAG Power for natural gas.
