Approval of Minutes
Action: Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

Market Study Objectives
Chair Connie Barton Barba called the meeting to order at 5:05 pm and introduced Bill Lee, executive Vice President of Economics Research Associates. ERA has a contract with the City of San Carlos to do a study and wanted to know each commissioner's feelings about how the city should look in 10 years. The members of EDAC aired their options about density, development, housing, industry and height.

Discussion: Members of EDAC would like to have a meeting with the City Council to discuss EDAC’s role, further understand San Carlos’ revenue stream and understand the economics of the proposed medical center and its impact of San Carlos’ revenue stream.
