Comment from members of the public on items not on the meeting agenda. Each speaker is limited to two minutes.  Total time shall not exceed 10 minutes.  Since these topics are non-agenda items, the Committee may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed as allowed by the Brown Act (Government Code Section 54954.2).  However, the Committee's general policy is to refer items to staff for attention, or have a matter placed on a future Committee agenda for a more comprehensive action or report.
