Desired Outcomes for Meeting:

I. Prioritization of Speaker List for future information forum

II. Determine if the GPAC supports a schedule change and adding three further meetings to review goals and policies and one to two meetings to review and recommend the Draft General Plan

III. Selection of GPAC subcommittee members for Housing Element and Climate Action Plan

IV. GPAC input on revised land use alternatives prepared in response to City Council comments

V. GPAC comment on draft policy question form

Persons wishing to address the Committee on matters NOT on the posted agenda may do so.

Each speaker is limited to two minutes.

If the item you are speaking on is not listed on the agenda, please be advised that the Committee may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed as allowed under The Brown Act (Government Code Section 54954.2).The Committees general policy is to refer items to staff for attention, or have a matter placed on a future agenda for a more comprehensive action or report and formal public discussion and input at that time

IV. Reports, Correspondence and General Information

A. Information and comments from GPAC members and staff on items not on the agenda.Topics to be addressed may include reports on recent City Council actions, GPAC comments or reports, miscellaneous correspondence and Planning staff comments, reports and updates of current projects.Total time shall not exceed 10 minutes.
