GPAC Subcommittee meetings were held on an as-need basis. These Subcommittees were chosen at the GPAC Meeting of June 18, 2008, to aid the preparation of the Housing Element and the Climate Action Plan, which will require intensive in-depth analysis, are made up of three GPAC members each, with relevant specialized experience, or are representatives whose constituencies have a consequential linkage to the particular area of study.
