I. Meeting Called to Order

Chair, Steve Divney called the meeting to order at 8:50pm.

III. Old Business

Request for a clarification/modification for a Conditional Use Permit/Shared Parking Agreement Condition for a previously approved daycare facility, “Kindercourt” at 1601 Laurel Street.

M/S Thompson/Phillips approved the modification for a Conditional Use Permit/Shared Parking Agreement Condition #2 for “Kindercourt” at 1601 Laurel Street and condition #12 change from “Responsibility” to “Responsible”: Motion passed 5:0.

Kindercourt employees shall utilize three of the “White Oaks Chapel” parking spaces (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers, 051 372 120, 051 372 260) as outlined in the letter of consent, dated July 19, 2005, agreed upon by “White Oaks Chapel” and “Kindercourt” representatives. If this agreement is terminated at any time the parking requirements of “Kindercourt” shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission.

Meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm. The next Planning Commission meeting will be held on Monday, 09/26/05.
