a) Consideration of a request pursuant to San Carlos Municipal Code (SCMC) Section 17.28.010 to grant an extension of time for filing a final parcel map associated with the construction of a twenty-eight unit condominium building at 1501 Cherry Street, San Carlos (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 050-141-040, 050-141-370, 050-141-360) approved by the San Carlos Planning Commission on March 6, 2006 and effective March 17, 2006.
