New Items a) 2268 Howard Avenue - Request for an additional 64 square feet to the second floor of a previously approved new two story residence at 2268 Howard Avenue, San Carlos (APN 051-202-380).The residence will be 2,621 square feet and the total floor area for the site will be 3,488 square feet, which exceeds the floor area threshold of 3,294 square feet by 194 square feet or 5.9%.
