I. Meeting Called to Order

Chair Thompson called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM.

Roll call:

All Committee members present

II. Consent Items

a) M/S McClure/Higgins approval of minutes, as revised, for the RDRC meeting of March 17, 2008.Minutes approved 3-0.

III. Public Comment

Chair Thompson moved the public comment item from IV to III.He invited Public Comment.There was no one wishing to speak.Chair Thompson asked staff to permanently move the Public Comment to this location on the Agenda.

IV. Reports & General Correspondence

a) Study Session - Presentation, review, discussion and input on options for RDRC process

Staff presented options for process improvements, including several proposed forms for completion and submittal by the applicant.Committee members provided written and verbal comments and recommendations for change to these forms and process.The Committee members stated interest in requiring applicants to submit “skyline” drawings of street elevations to show adjacent houses.They also expressed interest in notation of adjacent property window locations.

The Committee suggested that staff start using the instruments and bring back suggestions.They indicated their expectation that these will be living documents that can be modified as needed.

Chair Thompson adjourned the meeting at 6:55 PM.
