Draft Minutes

I. Meeting Called to Order

Serena Ponzo, Planning Staff, called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

II. Consent Items

a) Approval of RDRC minutes for the RDRC meeting of February 04, 2008.

M/S McClure/Higgins to approve the February 04, 2008 minutes as presented.Motion passed 2:0.

III. New Items

a) 2268 HOWARD AVENUE - Request for an additional 64 square feet to the second floor of a previously approved new two story residence at 2268 Howard Avenue, San Carlos (APN 051-202-380).The residence will be 2,621 square feet and the total floor area for the site will be 3,488 square feet, which exceeds the floor area threshold of 3,294 square feet by 194 square feet or 5.9%.

Serena Ponzo, project planner introduced the item to the RDRC members and made note that the property owner was present to answer questions.

Gary Gleason, property owner, was present to answer questions of the RDRC.

M/S Higgins/McClure to approve the second floor addition of 64 square feet and change in roofline to a previously approved new two-story residence at 2268 Howard Avenue, San Carlos, as proposed, based on the four findings and subject to the four conditions of approval.Motion passed 2:0.

IV. Reports & General Correspondence

Commissioner Thompson will be absent from the March 03, 2008 meeting and no new items are scheduled to be heard.The RDRC moved to cancel the March 03, 2008 RDRC meeting.
