Approved Minutes

I. Meeting Called to Order

The meeting was called to order by Chair Thompson at 6:30 PM.

II. Consent Items

M/S McClure/Higgins to approve the minutes for the April 21, 2008 meeting. Motion passed 3-0.

III. Public Comment

There was no one wishing to speak.

IV. New Items

2335 Eaton Avenue (APN: 051-236-110):Review of a proposed 1,568.5 square foot first and second story addition to an existing single story residence.

Principle Planner, Lisa Cost Sanders presented the item. Louis Dorcich representing the applicant stated that the proposed addition has been carefully crafted. Mrs. Daniele indicated that she wants to use richer colors and darker stone.

M/S Higgins/McClure to approve the application with modification to condition #1 to have the final colors and materials to the satisfaction of Staff. Motion passed 3-0.

Chair Thompson advised of the 10-day appeal period.

V. Reports & General Correspondence

Chair Thompson stated that the next meeting may begin earlier.

VI. Adjournment

Chair Thompson adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
