2. Approval Of Minutes
a) Approval of August 22, 2007 Minutes
3. Public Hearing
a) To receive comments and concerns from the public regarding proposed removal of the crosswalk at the intersection of San Carlos Avenue and Chestnut Street.
4. New Business
a) Consideration of installing class III bike routes on Cedar Street and Arroyo Avenue using Sharrows or signs and method of financing the project.
b) Appointment of an alternate to represent the Commission on the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC).
5. Public Comment
Each speaker is limited to two minutes. Total time not to exceed 15 minutes. If you are addressing the Commission on a non-agenda item, the Commission may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed as allowed by the Brown Act (Government code Section 54954.2). However, the Commissions general policy is to refer items to staff for attention, or have a matter placed on a future Commission agenda for a more comprehensive action or report |
