San Carlos Transit Village Open House - January 23rd

Project Overview An application has been submitted by Legacy Partners, on behalf of SamTrans, to redevelop the 8.7 acre site along El Camino Real adjacent to the San Carlos CalTrain Station into a “Transit Village”, consisting of 281 residential units and 34,600 square feet of retail development around the historic train depot.
The project will also include a multi-modal transit station and a drop-off point just south of the historic train depot, a pedestrian plaza and public gathering space in front of the depot, and also landscaping along the tracks south of Arroyo Avenue.
