Jay Walter Appointed Public Works Director

San Carlos City Manager Jeff Maltbie announced the appointment of Jay Walter to become the Public Works Director for the City of San Carlos effective July 30, 2012.

In this position, he will be responsible for the City's Public Works Department which includes managing the City’s Engineering, Fleet Maintenance, Street Maintenance, Traffic Maintenance, Sewer Maintenance and Stormwater Maintenance divisions as well as staffing the City’s Transportation and Circulation Commission.
