Review of Final Environmental Impact Report and Draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan for the proposed Palo Alto Medical Foundation Project at 301 Industrial Road, San Carlos Calif.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the San Carlos City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for consideration of CERTIFICATION OF THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND ADOPTION OF A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN associated with the proposal to construct a new Palo Alto Medical Foundation, San Carlos Campus, consisting of a Medical Clinic, Hospital, and Medical Office building at 301 Industrial Road in San Carlos.

The Draft and Final Environmental Impact Reports and Draft Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan are available for review at the following locations:

1. On the City of San Carlos website at http://www.cityofsancarlos.org/pamf/default.asp

2. At the City of San Carlos’ Planning Department (Reference only), 600 Elm Street, San Carlos, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3. For purchase from the City Hall City Clerk’s Department, City of San Carlos, 600 Elm Street, Second Floor, San Carlos.

4. At the San Carlos Library, (Reference Only), 610 Elm Street, San Carlos.

The Staff Report will be available Thursday, April 19, 2007, after 3 p.m. at the above locations and on the City’s website at www.cityofsancarlos.org.
