Palo Alto Medical Foundation -Traffic Analysis Report

This report presents the results of the traffic impact analysis conducted for the proposed Palo Alto Medical Foundation. PAMF medical complex in San Carlos, California. The potential impacts of the project were evaluated in accordance with the standards set forth by the City of San Carlos and the San Mateo County Congestion Management Program (CMP). The study included an analysis of AM and PM peak-hour traffic conditions for thirteen signalized intersections and ten directional freeway segments. The City of San Carlos has a general plan Travel Demand Management (TDM) goal of 20% trip reductionfor new development. Therefore, project impacts also were checked with a 20% TDM reduction.
