Petty Theft

On 07/16/2008 at 0700 hours, officers responded to the 2000 block of Birch Ave. on the report of various items that had been stolen from a recycling bin.

Vandalism

On 07/16/2008 at 0945 hours officers met with a subject whom reported a vandalism to their home. Unknown subjects took apart part of a fence and used the wood to construct a footbridge across the creek behind the RP’s house.

On 07/16/2008 at 1910 hours officers responded to the unit block of Dickens Ct. on the report of a vandalized screen. The RP had left for a trip and when she returned home she realized that her screen to her window was tampered with. Nothing was taken from the room.

Battery

On 07/16/2008 at 1119 hours officers responded to Longs-Drugs on El Camino on the report of a battery that had just occurred. Officers contacted a suspect, David Nuno age 30 out of San Carlos. Nuno was arrested for the battery and booked into county jail.

Grand Theft

On 07/16/2008 at 1235 hours officers responded to the unit block of Gaylord Court on the report of a car that had been broken into. Unknown take from the car, but a bicycle was also stolen.
