Burglary/Theft with Prior

On 7/17/08 at 2116 hours, officers witnessed a shoplifting in progress at the 76 Gas Station at 90 El Camino Real.  The suspect, Mitchell Lashley, age 20 of San Carlos, was arrested for shoplifting and theft with prior.  He was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
