Vehicle Burglary

Sometime between 5/03/08 at 1230 hours and 5/05/08 at 0600 hours, suspect(s) smashed the rear window to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Commercial Street, gained entry and took several hand tools from inside the vehicle. 

Grand Theft

An unknown suspect entered a yard in the 900 block of Center Street between 5/02/08 at 1630 hours and 5/03/08 at 0700 hours and removed materials.

Possession of a Controlled Substance

On 5/05/08 at 1511 hours, an arrest was made in the 900 block of American Street. Christopher Whittington, age 24 of Moss Beach, was arrested for being in  possession of a controlled substance, violation of parole, controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.  He was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
