Status of Project:

436 Laurel Street was approved by the Planning Commission on August 18, 2014.

Description of Project:
  • The project is a multi-family residential development. At grade level, there is covered parking as well as bicycle parking, a covered front porch leading to an entry lobby, two sets of stairs, and trash and recycling containers. Total ground floor square footage is 4,255 square feet.
  • The second and third floors each contain two 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom dwelling units, each with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each dwelling unit measures between 1400 and 1500 square feet.
  • The fourth floor will house the fifth dwelling unit which measures 1,983 square feet and contains 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
