Please Save the Date for a Meeting on Draft Outdoor Dining and Retail Sales Regulations

The City of San Carlos is currently engaged in updating its Zoning Ordinance.  The purpose of the Zoom In On Zoning project is to comprehensively revise the Citywide zoning regulations to shape future growth and help realize the community’s vision for a safe, vibrant, and livable community, a robust local economy, a vibrant Downtown and village atmosphere.  The Zoning Ordinance is important as it establishes the detailed rules for what can be built, what uses are allowed and the application review processes required.  The meeting will focus on new draft outdoor dining and retail sales regulations for the downtown area.
