Zoom In On Zoning will hold its second public Workshop #2, hosted by the San Carlos Planning Commission. Community participation in this workshop is requested so that diversity of view points can be heard early in the process. We hope that you can attend and look forward to seeing you there!
The Draft Base and Overlay District Regulations are being prepared for the January 12th Community Workshop. The Draft Base and Overlay District Regulations will present the development standards for each of the City’s zoning districts (residential, commercial and industrial). These draft regulations will include graphic illustrations and tables to help the reader understand the proposals (e.g. what uses are allowed in which zones and what the physical form of new development is expected to look like). The City’s administrative role in the regulations will also be included.
The Draft Base and Overlay District Regulations will be publshed and available for viewing on January 3, 2011.
