for Evaluation of Athletic Field Use Needs and Possible SolutionsThe City Council, at their next meeting on Monday, December 13th, will hear a proposal from staff on the formation of a Citizens Advisory Committee for Evaluation of Athletic Field Use Needs and Possible Solutions. The staff report will be emailed to community members who have provided us their e-mail address. The report can also be reviewed in the City Hall Parks and Recreation Office, City Clerk Office, or the Library (as part of the City Council packet) beginning Thursday, December 9th. Once the City Council approves the formation of a committee, applications for the Citizens Advisory Committee will be solicited shortly thereafter. The application will be available on the city’s website at www.cityofsancarlos.org under the category of Parks and Recreation / Projects / Evaluation of Athletic Fields. The application will also be e-mailed to community members who have provided us their e-mail address, mailed out to anyone who requests an application by calling (650) 802-4421, or by stopping by any Parks and Recreation building or our City Hall office.
