Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening was held on July 22, 2006.

The Hillcrest Circle Park renovation has received two statewide awards from the California Park and Recreation Society. Awards will be presented in March 2006 in Ontario, California. - Award of Excellence – Facility Design and Park Planning: Hillcrest Circle Park Renovation.
